CrownSi-69C
| Mixture of Bis-[3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl]-tetrasulfide(50%) and Carbon Black N330(50%) | Appearance: Black granule Sulfur Content: 12 ± 1% Ash Content: 11.5±1% Heating loss@ 105°C: ≤2.0% | A bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane for rubber applications in combination with white fillers containing silanol groups. React with silanol groups of white fillers during mixing and with the polymer during vulcanization under formation of covalent chemical bonds. This imparts greater tensile strength, higher moduli, reduced compression set, increased abrasion resistance and optimized dynamic properties. |
CrownSi-75C | Mixture of Bis-[3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl]-disulfide TESPD (50%) and Carbon Black(50%) | Appearance: Black granule Total Sulfur Content :7.2 ±0.7% Cyclohexane Extract:≥43.0% Chlorine content: ≤0.3 % Ash 2g,4h 100±25℃:12.5±1.2 % Volatiles 2h ,105℃:≤3.0% | A bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane for rubber applications in combination with white fillers containing silanol groups. React with silanol groups of white fillers during mixing and with the polymer during vulcanization under formation of covalent chemical bonds. Compared to the polysulfidic organosilane CrownSi-69C, CrownSi-75C has a higher temperature stability and therefore allows higher mixing temperatures. CrownSi-75C imparts greater tensile strength, higher moduli, reduced compression set, increased abrasion resistance and optimized dynamic properties. |
